Our sweet pea is 5 months old!

At 5 months of age, Maddie Boo is already showing the early signs of a charming and outgoing personality. She enjoys being around other people, although she demonstrates a clear preference for people she knows (as opposed to Daniel, who treats every stranger as a potential friend). While she can't speak yet, she certainly makes her feelings (both her happy ones and those that are less so) abundently clear, in the form of heartwarming belly laughs and ear-piercing shrieks, respectively. She can't tell time in the conventional manner, but woe to any caretaker (including Mommy) who goes past 4 pm and fails to commence the bathtime routine. She greets every day with a smile, and is up for any outing, whether it is a quick trip to the grocery store, a visit to Daniel's school for Shabbat, or a marathon shopping excursion at Stanford Shopping Center. In short, she is a lovely and wonderful little girl, and our lives have been enriched immeasurably by her presence.
