Happy Halloween!

October means that the family makes our annual trek down to Whole Foods in Palo Alto, which has the most convenient pumpkin patch around, and enables Mommy to pick up some organic meat for a traditional Halloween meal of pasta bolognese. Apparently, we did not time this right, as evidenced by the none-too-pleased expressions on Daniel's and Madeline's faces. Also, Daddy has a funny look on his face. Perhaps this is because he had a pumpkin stem wedged somewhere we won't discuss.
